CALL TO ORDER  
Please note: Meetings of the Board of Legislators and its committees are held at the  
Michaelian Office Building, 148 Martine Avenue, 8th Floor, White Plains, New York, 10601,  
and livestreamed via the WebEx video conferencing system. Legislators may participate in  
person or via Webex. Members of the public may attend meetings in person at any of its  
locations, or view the meeting and its video recording online on the Westchester County  
the links to documents to be discussed at a given meeting.  
Legislator Colin Smith will be participating remotely from 1132 Main Street, Suite 1, Peekskill,  
NY 10566.

On motion of Legislator Barr, seconded by Legislator Williams Johnson, the above item was  
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION  
ACT - Agreement Amendment to provide legal counsel for the WC  
Charter Revision Commission  
Guest: Law Dept.: County Attorney John Nonna  
Mr. Nonna said that he has been reviewing the monthly bills submitted by Mondaire Jones,  
the attorney working with the Commission, and can attest that he has performed extensive  
ongoing work dealing with requests for changes to the County Charter from departments,  
commissioners, legislators, and the Deputy County Executive.  
Mr. Nonna said that Mr. Jones has been reviewing the Charter, doing research, and working  
with the County Law Department in response to the various issues that have arisen. Mr.

Nonna said additional funding is needed because Mr. Jones is now writing a detailed final  
report of the suggested revisions.  
Legislator Woodson-Samuels asked what the timeline is for completion of the report. Mr.  
Nonna said the Commission might have one more meeting, and the requirement is that all  
meetings and the report be completed within 18 months, which Mr. Jones is on track to do.  
On motion of Legislator Williams Johnson, seconded by Legislator Barr, the above item was  
signed by committee and referred to Board of Legislators. The motion carried by the following  
vote:
