ACT-Mortgage Tax Receipts-10-1-25 through 3-31-26
AN ACT to authorize the Commissioner of Finance to pay the Mortgage Tax Receipts,
apportioned according to and as mandated by Section 216 (3) of the New York State Tax
Law, to the cities, towns and villages listed in the attached report.
