Program-Mount Kisco  
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an intermunicpal agreement with  
the Town of Mount Kisco for the Town to construct and install its complete streets project  
entitled "Mount Kisco Streetscape Sidewalk Improvements Phase 3B" on its municipally  
owned roads and real properties with the County reimbursing up to 50% of the costs incurred  
by the Town of Mount Kisco for construction and construction management related to the  
project for a term commencing on execution and terminating when the bonds issued for the  
construction of the project has been paid in full.

ACT - Opioid Settlement against Associated Pharmacies, Inc.  
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to participate in the national opioid settlement  
against Associated Pharmacies, Inc. (and American Associated Pharmacies); J M Smith  
Corporation; Louisiana Wholesale Drug Company, Inc.; Morris and Dickson Co.; North  
Carolina Mutual Wholesale Drug Company, Inc.; and United Natural Foods, Inc. (including its  
subsidiaries SuperValu and Advantage Logistics).

Ms. Zeitler said this legislation authorizes the County to participate in an opioid settlement  
against six regional distributors. She added that this would be a one-time settlement payment  
to the County. She said that pursuant to a formula dependent on how many municipalities join,  
the payment will be roughly $100,000 if the County agrees to participate.
