A BOND ACT (Amended) authorizing the issuance of additional bonds of Westchester County
in the amount of FOUR MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND ($4,600,000) DOLLARS
making the new total FIVE MILLION, TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($5,025,000) DOLLARS to
finance Capital Project RB04P - Westchester Ave East Over Mamaroneck River, White Plains.

LOCAL LAW-Second Amendment of Sublease of Cedarwood Hall from
WCHCC and Second Amendment of Sublease to WIHD
A LOCAL LAW authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a second amendment to
the sublease with the Westchester County Health Care Corporation for space at Cedarwood
Hall and to enter into a second amendment to the sublease for the space at Cedarwood Hall
to the Westchester Institute for Human Development.
