Dwelling Unit (ADU) Property Tax Abatement
A Memo of Legislation to expand the County's housing supply by incentivizing homeowners to
create safe, code-compliant accessory dwelling units, thereby increasing affordable and
workforce housing options without requiring new large-scale development.
