AN ACT authorizing the County Attorney to assign a bankruptcy recoverable owed to the
Department of Environmental Facilities to recover such recoverable minus a "finder's fee".

ACT - Lawsuit Settlement "D.G."
AN ACT authorizing the County Attorney and the Commissioner of Finance to compromise
the liability of the County of Westchester and pay a reduced lump sum to a former County
employee, "D.G", in lieu of future payments.
