entitled "Mount Kisco Streetscape Sidewalk Improvements Phase 3B" on its municipally  
owned roads and real properties with the County reimbursing up to 50% of the costs incurred  
by the Town of Mount Kisco for construction and construction management related to the  
project for a term commencing on execution and terminating when the bonds issued for the  
construction of the project has been paid in full.

in unencumbered and unissued RGIII Funds, leaving intact the remaining (FOUR HUNDRED

A RESOLUTION requesting the State Legislature adopt a bill to amend Chapter 617 of the  
laws of 1937, to remove the Commissions' ability to act in personnel areas including the  
jurisdictional classification of positions and the requirement that any procedure involving  
appointments, separations, promotions, demotions, transfers or reinstatements be approved  
by the Commission.
