CALL TO ORDER

person or via Webex. Members of the public may attend meetings in person at any of its

the links to documents to be discussed at a given meeting.

With a quorum present, Chair Tubiolo called the meeting to order at 10:48 AM.

ACT-Regional Partnership Agreement-Putnam County  
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a Regional Partnership  
Agreement with Putnam County in order to receive funding from the New York State Division  
of Homeland Security and Emergency Services under the FY 2023 Technical Rescue/Urban  
Search and Rescue Assets Grant Program.
