A BOND ACT authorizing the issuance of ONE MILLION, TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE
THOUSAND ($1,235,000) DOLLARS in bonds of Westchester County to finance Capital
Project BDA03 - Information Technology 2025-2029.

ACT-Regional Partnership Agreement-Putnam County
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a Regional Partnership
Agreement with Putnam County in order to receive funding from the New York State Division
of Homeland Security and Emergency Services under the FY 2023 Technical Rescue/Urban
Search and Rescue Assets Grant Program.
