person or via Webex. Members of the public may attend meetings in person at any of its

the links to documents to be discussed at a given meeting.  
Legislator Margaret A. Cunzio will be participating remotely from 99 Business Park Drive,

With a quorum present, Chair Tubiolo called the meeting to order at 11:23AM.

ACT-2026-23  
IMA - National Night Out - Multiple Municipalities  
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into inter-municipal agreements with  
one or more Westchester County municipal corporations as defined in Article 5-G of the New  
York State General Municipal Law, acting by and through either their Police Department, or  
Fire Department, pursuant to which each municipality will provide its National Night Out  
program during the period from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

On motion of Legislator Woodson-Samuels, seconded by Legislator Tubiolo, the above item  
was approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
