will often meet with the Budget committee on Mondays at 10:00 a.m.
With a motion by Legislator Smith seconded by Legislator Nambiar, the committee voted
unanimously to set the quorum at three members.
By duly adopted motions, the committees on Budget & Appropriations and Infrastructure &
Housing entered into executive session at 11:02 a.m. to discuss legal advice related to Item
#2026-40, 41, and 42 regardingRP056-Playland Infrastructure, Rides and Site Work, as listed
on the B&A and I&H agendas. The Litigation committee members agreed that since their
meeting had been opened, it should also enter into executive session.
On motion of Legislator Smith, seconded by Legislator Nambiar, the committee voted
unanimously to go into executive session at 11:02 a.m. On motion of Legislator Smith,
seconded by Legislator Nambiar, the committee voted unanimously to come out of executive
session at 11:12 a.m.
