ACT - Agreement Amendment to provide legal counsel for the WC  
Charter Revision Commission  
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to amend an agreement, as previously  
amended and assigned, with the law firm Friedman Kaplan Seiler Adelman & Robbins LLP to  
provide legal counsel and advice to the Westchester County Charter Revision Commission by  
increasing the not-to-exceed amount by ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($150,000)  
DOLLARS.
