AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester (the "County") to enter into an inter-municipal  
developer agreement with the Village of Tarrytown, Tarrytown Municipal Housing and WBP  
Development LLC, its successors or assigns, or any entity created to carry out the purposes of  
the transaction, in order to fund certain infrastructure improvements and authorizing the  
County to grant and accept any property rights necessary in furtherance thereof, all for the  
purpose of constructing 90 affordable rental units that will affirmatively further fair housing at  
50 White Street in the Village of Tarrytown and remain affordable for a period of not less than  
50 years.

"County") to enter into an intermunicipal/developer agreement with the City of New Rochelle  
and Georgica Green Ventures, LLC. its successors or assigns or any entity created to carry  
out the purposes of the transaction in order to fund certain infrastructure improvements as well  
as authorizing the County to grant and accept any property rights necessary in furtherance  
thereof which will be in support of the development of 219 affordable rental units at 11 Garden  
Street in the City of New Rochelle.

AN ACT to rescind BPL1A Bond Act No. 179-2019 in its entirety. Bond Act No. 179-2019  
authorized the County to issue bonds in a total amount not to exceed TWO MILLION, FIVE  
HUNDRED THOUSAND ($2,500,000) DOLLARS for Capital Project BPL1A to support the  
development of affordable housing at 11 Garden Street in the City of New Rochelle. This  
financing will not be utilized, therefore rescinding Bond Act No. 179-2019 will replenish  
BPL1A.

out the purposes of the transaction in order to fund certain infrastructure improvements as well  
as authorizing the County to grant and accept any property rights necessary in furtherance  
thereof which will be in support of the development of 70 affordable rental units available to  
eligible households aged 62 and over that will be constructed at 48 Manhattan Avenue in the
