authorizing the issuance of THIRTY-TWO MILLION, EIGHTEEN THOUSAND, ONE
HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE ($32,018,183) DOLLARS in bonds of Westchester County to
finance the cost of Capital Project BIT 32 - Radio System Replacement.
