ACT-Amending Act No. 8-2002-Credit Card Fees  
AN ACT amending Act No. 8 of 2002, which authorized the County of Westchester to enter  
into agreements with one or more financing agencies or card issuers to provide for payments  
owed to the County by credit cards, by adding a requirement that any person offering payment  
by credit card shall be required to pay the County any service fee or surcharge that may be  
incurred.

AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to amend agreements with the law firms  
Kaplan Kirsch, LLP and The Wicks Group, PLLC in order for the County to exercise the first  
(1st) of its five (5) one (1) year renewal options under each Agreement for the provision of "Of  
Counsel" legal services to the County Attorney, as needed, concerning various matters  
affecting the Westchester County Airport for the periods from August 1, 2026 through July 31,  
2027, payable at approved hourly rates, not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND  
($200,000) DOLLARS in the aggregate.
