RESO - WCC Proposed Budget 2026-2027 Public Hearing Rules  
A RESOLUTION adopting Rules for the Westchester Community College proposed  
2026-2027 Budget Public Hearing.

A RESOLUTION suspending Rules 9 and 11 of the Rules of the Westchester County Board  
of Legislators solely and exclusively with regard to the 2026/2027 proposed Westchester

ACT-Amending Act No. 8-2002-Credit Card Fees  
AN ACT amending Act No. 8 of 2002, which authorized the County of Westchester to enter  
into agreements with one or more financing agencies or card issuers to provide for payments  
owed to the County by credit cards, by adding a requirement that any person offering  
payment by credit card shall be required to pay the County any service fee or surcharge that  
may be incurred.

to add flood problem areas designated by the Village of Ardsley and a study conducted by the  
Village of Hastings-on-Hudson in compliance with Article III-A of the Westchester County  
Storm Water Management Law.

ACT - FAA Airport Counsel Agreements  
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to amend agreements with the law firms  
Kaplan Kirsch, LLP and The Wicks Group, PLLC in order for the County to exercise the first  
(1st) of its five (5) one (1) year renewal options under each Agreement for the provision of "Of  
Counsel" legal services to the County Attorney, as needed, concerning various matters  
affecting the Westchester County Airport for the periods from August 1, 2026 through July 31,  
2027, payable at approved hourly rates, not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND  
($200,000) DOLLARS in the aggregate.
