ACT-Amending Act 2024-119-NYSOFA Grant Agreements
AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to amend ACT 2024-119 to increase the total
aggregate not-to-exceed amount of the Title III-C & NSIP IMA's by SEVEN HUNDRED TEN
THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($710,103.40) from
an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION, THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE, EIGHT
HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX DOLLARS ($1,373,856.00) to a new total aggregate amount not to
exceed TWO MILLION, EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE
DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS($2,083,959.40).
