AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an inter-municipal agreement with Lakeland Central School District to assign three (3) uniformed County police officers to act as School Resource Officers at the Walter Panas High School, the Van Cortlandtville Elementary School, and the Lincoln-Titus Elementary School.
