ACT-Amend Grant Agreement-NYSOFA-IMAs-EISEP

AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to amend a grant agreement with the New York State Office for the Aging ("NYSOFA") under the Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly Program ("EISEP") by extending the term thereof through December 31, 2021; and to enter into inter-municipal agreements with the municipalities listed in the attached Exhibit "A"(the "Municipalities") to provide Information and Assistance services to seniors to be funded with the EISEP grant.
