AN ACT authorizing the transfer of up to TEN MILLION ($10,000,000) DOLLARS of the East of Hudson Water Quality Investment Program Fund, for which the County of Westchester is the custodian under the 1997 Watershed Memorandum of Agreement, into a County Trust Account for the purpose of funding a portion of the costs for the "Town of Yorktown Hallocks Mill Sewer District Extension Phase I Project."
