AN ACT authorizing the transfer of up to TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE ($269,179) DOLLARS of the East of Hudson Water Quality Investment Program Fund, for which the County of Westchester as custodian under the 1997 Watershed Memorandum of Agreement, into a County Trust Account in order to fund a portion of the costs associated with the purchase of a vacuum truck for the Town of Somers.
