AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into inter-municipal agreements with the cities of Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Ossining, Peekskill and White Plains through their respective youth bureaus and the Town of Greenburgh, through its community center, pursuant to which the municipalities will provide summer youth employment and training services to eligible Westchester youth.
