AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an inter-municipal agreement with he City of Yonkers, for a Sixth Grade Leadership Academy program for the period commencing retroactively on January 1, 2026 and expiring on December 31, 2026, for a total amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND ($132,000) DOLLARS, comprised of an amount not to exceed SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND ($66,000) DOLLARS payable by the County plus a 100% match.
