AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to consent to the conveyance of real property and improvements located at 330 Riverdale Avenue in the City of Yonkers and to consent to an amendment to the County Declaration of Restrictive Covenants affecting one hundred seventy (170) affordable rental units that affirmatively further fair housing located thereon, in order to consent to the transfer, to income restrict all the affordable rental units to at or below 60% of the County area median income, and to extend the period of affordability for an additional fifty (50) years.
