AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an inter-municipal agreement with the Town of Somers in order to distribute an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE ($269,179) DOLLARS of the East of Hudson Water Quality Investment Program Fund, for which the County is custodian under the 1997 Watershed Memorandum of Agreement, in order to fund a portion of the costs associated with the purchase of a vacuum truck.
