AN ACT authorizing the County Attorney to settle the lawsuit of Bryan Circelli v. Wilberto Saez, County of Westchester, Westchester County Department of Public Safety, Vazha Khurtsidzee and Vazha Khurtsidzee, Inc., for the amount of TWO MILLION, TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($2,225,000) DOLLARS from the County toward a global settlement of TWO MILLION, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($2,250,000) DOLLARS, inclusive of attorney's fees.
