AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an Intermunicipal Agreement with the City of Yonkers in order to provide reimbursement for prisoner transportation to the Westchester County Jail within the period from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, for a total amount not to exceed SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTS ($672,514.56).
