AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an Intermunicipal Agreement with the City of Mount Vernon in order to provide reimbursement for prisoner transportation to the Westchester County Jail within the period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026, for a total amount not to exceed SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND, TWENTY-FOUR  ($631,024) DOLLARS.
