A BOND ACT (Amended) authorizing the issuance of EIGHTEEN MILLION ($18,000,000) DOLLARS in bonds of Westchester County, increasing the appropriations for SPC03 and SPC09 from an original amount of FORTY-FIVE MILLION, THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($45,300,000) DOLLARS to a new total amount of SIXTY-THREE MILLION, THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($63,300,000) DOLLARS to finance Capital Projects SPC03 - Port Chester Waste Water Treatment Plant Electrical System Upgrade and SPC09 - Port Chester Waster Water Treatment Plant HVAC Systems.
