AN ACT retroactively authorizing the County of Westchester to execute and submit an Article 13-A Classification/Alternatives to Incarceration Service Plan Application to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services which, if approved, will qualify the County to receive approximately FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND, TWENTY-SIX ($589,026) DOLLARS in grant funding under the New York State Probation Block Grant.
