AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester, acting by and through its Department of Public Safety Services, to enter into inter-municipal agreements with various Westchester municipalities as well as Dutchess County, Putnam County, the Town of Carmel and/or the Town of Kent for the provision of police academy instructor services, for a five-year term, commencing on March 21, 2027 and continuing through March 20, 2032.
