A Public Hearing on "AN ACT to increase and improve Westchester County Refuse Disposal District No. 1 facilities to carry out Capital Projects RD017, RD019, RD021, RD022 and RD023 at a maximum estimated cost of SEVENTY FOUR MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($74,500,000) DOLLARS in accordance with the recommendations of the District Report of Department of Environmental Facilities dated June 4, 2024, for the benefit of Refuse Disposal District No. 1; and to accept any and all grants of property rights necessary in furtherance hereof."  [Public Hearing set for September 30, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.].  ACT INTRO: 2024-427.
