A Memo of Legislation to repeal Section 107.101 of the Laws of Westchester County and discontinue the County Board of Legislators' authorization for members of the Board, its committees and its subcommittees to participate remotely in public meetings under the "extraordinary circumstances" videoconferencing provisions authorized by Section 103-a of the New York State Public Officers Law.
