AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an inter-municipal agreement with the Village of Hastings ("Village") pursuant to which the Village will provide various youth services for the period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 for a total amount not to exceed TEN THOUSAND ($10,000) DOLLARS.
