AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an intermunicipal agreement with the Village of Mount Kisco ("Mount Kisco") pursuant to which Mount Kisco will provide various educational and cultural events in support of Mount Kisco's Sesquicentennial Anniversary Celebration, for the period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 for a total amount not to exceed FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000) DOLLARS.
