AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to amend Act No. 172-2025 which authorized the County of Westchester to enter into an intermunicipal agreement with the Village of Port Chester in connection with making certain waterfront and downtown revitalization improvements in the Village of Port Chester, in order to limit the scope of the project to waterfront revitalization improvements only.
