AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into inter-municipal agreements with the municipalities listed in the attached Exhibit "A" for services to be funded with grant funds received from the New York State Office for the Aging under the Community Services for the Elderly program, the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, the New York State Transportation Program, the Wellness in Nutrition program, and the Nutrition Services Incentive Program.
