A BOND ACT amending, in part, Bond Act No. 144-2025 to remove TWO MILLION, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($2,250,000) DOLLARS attributable to Capital Project BCR62 - Elevator Modernization ("BCR62") and also to remove ONE MILLION ($1,000,000) DOLLARS attributable to Capital Project B015E from the total amount authorized and thereby decreasing the estimated maximum amount of bonds authorized thereunder to SEVEN MILLION, SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($7,675,000) DOLLARS.
