Forwarding from the Village of Tarrytown an Environmental Assessment Form for the proposed action to amend the Village of Tarrytown Architectural Review Board (Chapter 9), Section 4 by amending subsection A to add a new provision (subsection A(10)) requiring architectural review board approval for freestanding solar panels and deleting subsection E to remove the requirement for architectural review for solar panels on a roof.
