A BOND ACT (Amended) authorizing the issuance of ONE MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,800,000) DOLLARS in bonds of Westchester County to finance Capital Project SNY95 - Pumping Station Rehabilitation Program - North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District (this represents a TWO MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($2,500,000) DOLLAR decrease to the amount previously authorized by Bond Act No. 134-2022.
