AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a grant agreement with the New York State Office for the Aging to accept grant funds under Title III -B of the Older Americans Act and also to exercise the first of its four (4) one-year renewal options under inter-municipal agreements with the City of New Rochelle and the City of Yonkers for information and assistance services.
