AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an inter-municipal agreement with the Town of Yorktown in order to distribute up to TEN MILLION ($10,000,000) DOLLARS of the East of Hudson Water Quality Investment Program Fund, for which the County is custodian under the 1997 Watershed Memorandum of Agreement, in order to fund a portion of the costs for the purpose of funding the Town of Yorktown "Hallocks Mill Sewer District Extension Phase I Project."
