A BOND ACT (Amended) authorizing the County of Westchester (the "County") to amend and supersede Bond Act No. 131-2023 in order to issue additional bonds of the County in the amount of EIGHT MILLION ($8,000,000) DOLLARS, making the total amount SEVENTEEN MILLION, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($17,150,000) DOLLARS to finance Capital Project SNR95 - Pumping Station Rehabilitation Program - New Rochelle SSD.
