AN ACT authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an intermunicipal agreement with the City of New Rochelle in order to provide reimbursement for prisoner transportation to the Westchester County Jail within the period from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027 for a total amount not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY ($555,550) DOLLARS.
